Getting Started - Filing a Claim

Commencing

A party wishing to commence ADR by way of Arbitration, Mediation or Expert Determination can simply go to "Getting Started" (above), complete the details and click send

On Receipt

• Phoenix Legal shall notify the Claimant and Respondent of the receipt of the Request for ADR.
• Contact the other party(s) in the dispute.
• Speak to each party for a similar amount of time.
• Obtain consent from all parties to go to ADR.
• Confirm with each party the time, date and venue of the ADR session including a list of what parties are required to bring, as well as a general fact sheet and a confidentiality agreement for you to sign and return.

Sitting

On the date of sitting each part brings all relevant materials regarding your dispute. Phoenix Legal will commit to supporting the timely resolution of the dispute in a professional and cost effective manner.
